About Us

The Environmental Conservation Organization (ECO) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

To inspire and encourage the public, especially youth, to Take Action Now by educating, advocating and promoting environmental conservation, stewardship and eco-conscience living.

To inspire a "Take Action Now" approach to environmental conservation and stewardship in support of eco-conscience living by developing and providing workshops, seminars, presentations, field studies and other hands-on activities.

To promote environmental literacy by providing resources, training and educational tools to teachers and students in public, private and home schools.

To develop environmental educational activities for other educational organizations such as: scouts, clubs, student groups, adult groups, etc.

To provide special environmental education programs to targeted groups and to advocate environmental conservation by sponsoring events to be attended by the local community.

To encourage communication and facilitate dissemination of environmental information.

To network with public and private organizations and governmental agencies at the local, state, and national levels who support environmental education.
